Namaste!
This week was rough. I have had close to no time for my yoga (thanks Mr. Hollowell). I have been busy trying to do all of the things he has assigned. I have been stressed about it.
Yoga probably would have helped out with the stress quite a bit. I have found, however, that my favorite and most effective way to de-stress is to do nothing at all. I usually just want to lay on the couch with a fuzzy blanket and do nothing. And I can't even file this under corpse pose. I just want to do nothing.
I have been stretching at gymnastics and during zero period. I have been consistently touching my toes and doing my right leg splits. I got my left leg all the way down on Tuesday, which I haven't done in years. So that's a win?
I also did over splits with the team girls at gymnastics. You put your foot up on a mat and do the splits. It hurt, but I did it. Here's what that looked like:

Hopefully next week goes better, but I am not hopeful because I will be in Indianapolis and Chicago so I am not expecting much. I might try to do some things to stretch out my legs/feet since we will be walking so much.
Namaste!
