Welcome to my art adventure!
This week, I decided to focus on the colors and brushes offered on the software. I pretty much just made a bunch of ombre clouds.
Here is what my setup looks like:
It is a little overwhelming right off the bat. To make my clouds, I would choose a brush and a color. The outside ring is just the basic colors on the color wheel. for the purple clouds, I used the same base color.
Here are my clouds:
What I did was I would make a line of the darkest shade I could and then progressively got later. Once I had done around six, I would go in with a blender and mix all the shades together to make the cloud.
My favorite is probably the small green one but that is probably only because I like green. My favorite blender I used was on the skinnier blue/purple cloud.
I feel a lot more comfortable with the blenders now. I used a different blender on each cloud to get a feel for all of them. I am slowly figuring out all of the settings. I actually know now which brushes do which thing, which was a real struggle at the beginning.
The more I work with the program, the more I am figuring out what I want to do. I don't think I want to do super precise and detailed pieces. I think more abstract art will suit my art ability and personality better. I am excited to see what comes next.

That's super impressive! I don't have any experience with this kind of stuff so it all looks really good to me. What kind of things are you going to try and create?
